Two purchased players disappeared from my account, Kohler and Litmanen

I am having a serious issue with two players I purchased from the Transfer Market in EA SPORTS FC 27.

The first player was Kohler (Holographic). I purchased him on October 2nd at approximately 10:00 PM Spanish time. After purchasing him, the card disappeared and I was unable to list him on the Transfer Market.

The second player was Litmanen (Holographic). I purchased him on October 3rd at approximately 2:00 PM Spanish time. He also disappeared after I purchased him. He was in my Transfer List, but then disappeared before I could list him for sale.

Neither player was sold or discarded.

I have checked everything I can think of:

Club
Transfer List
Transfer Targets
Unassigned items
Quick Sell Recovery
SBC storage

Neither player appears anywhere, and I did not receive any coins from selling either player.

This has happened twice within less than 24 hours, with two different players purchased from the Transfer Market.

Could EA please check my account’s Transfer Market purchase and transaction history and verify both purchases?

Kohler Holographic - October 2nd, approximately 10:00 PM (Spain)

Litmanen Holographic - October 3rd, approximately 2:00 PM (Spain)

I would like EA to investigate where these two player items are and restore them to my account, as I have not sold or discarded them.

It is more than 500K, any help please?
