Fc 27 has a problem

I was playing rivals when all of a sudden my game closed .

I tried to get back on Ultimate team but for 3 days i haven't been able to.

With the help of Claude i have tried everything but i can't fix it.

I have a screenshot attached and i wish someone can help me.
