I was playing the game fine until 2 days ago, I consistently get the “unable to connect to ea servers” page when logging in. I can log in on CFB27 and Madden 27, but for FC it will not work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, deleted all active squads via the companion app, disconnected my hardwired internet and reapplied it, and none of it has worked. I am on Xbox

It works under a hotspot, but immediately after switching to Ethernet, I was kicked back off

Community ManagerAs a test, switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Let me know if you can connect then. Again, this is just a test and not meant to be a permanent solution if it works.

Community ManagerHi there. Are you only getting this error when trying to load in to Ultimate Team? If so, when you delete your squads, you also need to create an empty squad in the web/companion app before trying to play UT again.
