Usless players , delay orders

My FUT is unplayable. it’s delaying all orders even while defending they don’t intercept or move at all and always losing the ball because of the slow movement.

even while controlling my players they dont tackle or intercept its like playing squad battle on the easiest mode .

i have bought salma and still she cant outpace 70 speed players . im losing too much not because of good proponents but because they have x10 movement of me  . i have tried everything new connections , deleting the game but still its the same issue

i had the same on Fifa 26 and 25 but it was playable but now im losing the patient to play this game anymore

please help me because always its unfair even tho if im playing a bronze team  they will do way better than my team .. i have tried even in squad battle the players are not moving its like they are bronze players
