Hello EA Support,

I have been experiencing this issue for 20 days in EA SPORTS FC 27 on Xbox Series S.

My Foundations objectives are locked with a padlock, and I cannot complete them despite playing multiple Division Rivals matches. My Transfer Market access is also locked, preventing me from buying or selling players.

I contacted EA Support and was informed that the technical team was aware of the issue and working on it. My case number is #256678872.

After 20 days without a solution, I would like a clear update on the investigation and an estimated timeframe for a fix.

Please confirm that my case has been forwarded to the relevant technical team. This issue is preventing me from accessing important Ultimate Team features.
