Losing hope - cheaters in draft mode

Hello EA,
I am writing this message to you regarding the game ea fc 27 on pc. I will start by saying that i have been playing ea fc games and fifa ever since i can remember. Lately however, playing your game has only been a misery. Many times have I tried to play a game of draft mode in Ultimate team, yet almost each game (many times the first of the tournament) i would have been disconnected because of a cheating opponent. Of course every-single-time I would go to your website: https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/missing-content-tool/ to get my token back - which almost every single time I have paid 15000 (fifteen thousand) coins of the game's currency - sadly uneffectively, since i have been rewarded back the token just ONCE (1 time). I am sorry but this is devastating and UNACCEPTABLE! I play to win, and to enjoy myself, i do not cheat - I spend my very precious time to gather enough coins to play draft only to be slapped (painfully!) in my face.

So far i have spent at least 100000 (one hundred thousand) coins and many fifapoints (which i have to pay REAL MONEY  [$$$] for) on draft games where i have been disconnected because of a cheater. Obviously i wouldn't be writing this message if at least the tool which i have linked in the previous message would work and gave me the token which i have worked so hard on (UNEFFECTIVELY!). I am deeply displeased by your doing - I am so sad to say that you don't do anything about that type of cheats. This makes the PC players prisoners of this game - you only award the ones that play unfairly - but isn't the point of football to be fair? - i believe you are sending a very wrong message here, especially since many players are probably under the age of 12.

By sending this thorough message I am expecting you to do something (ANYTHING AT ALL). I have tried to report the players that cheated - ban them. And please, give my coins back, the ones that i have earned (the right way! - by playing your game without cheats!!!). If am not awarded what I am deserved, must say I will be deeply and severely displeased and disappointed. I will be sending this message to your mail and by every possible contact i will be forwarding it just to see you do anything about it. Don't make lose my belief in you.
