10 games lost due to server disconnects / server crashes

It's unacceptable that we pay for a game every single year only to have disconnects ruin our match record. I've had 10 games now where I'm winning, and out of nowhere the screen freezes and it disconnects.

When are you going to fix this? What excuse are you going to come up with this time?
