Account hacked and no support from EA!!

I purchased the ultimate addition and it was running fine until the other day when I sold a player for 40K getting me to 50K of coins in my account then the next day I'm down to 5K. My goalie was missing from my team and today went on to ultimate team and someone has bought players and sold them which wasn't me. I now have less coins as a result. Tried to contact EA and keep getting the message 'This issue isn't supported by advisors'. Anyone know how I can get this resolved as loosing coins constantly.
