Coins deducted but player not received – Transfer Market purchase (PS5)

Hi,

I purchased a player from the Ultimate Team Transfer Market and received a "server connection" error during the purchase. My coins were deducted, but the player never arrived in my club.

Details:

- Platform: PS5

- Game: EA SPORTS FC 27 – Ultimate Team

- Player: Sakina Karchaoui – 87 CM, Gold (Paris SG, Arkema Première Ligue)

- Price paid: approx. 86,000–88,000 coins

- Date/time: 03 Oct 2026, approx. 23:13–23:14 (Turkey time, UTC+3)

What I have already checked:

- Fully restarted the game

- Unassigned items (empty), Transfer Targets, Transfer List, Club search

- Companion App, where the player is also missing

Could you please check the transaction logs for this time window and either deliver the player to my club or refund the coins?
