Disconnection Through Internet Issues

There are times where I am playing squad battles and my internet goes out or the EA servers kick me out of the game. When I reconnect the squad I was playing against shows as a loss through disconnection, even though it was out of my control and I did NOT hit the leave match option in the pause menu. I just wanted to ask EA if they can tell the difference between an intentional and unintentional disconnect. I would also like to ask for another chance to play that squad but that seems unrealistic. EA please let me know if this is a fixable issue or not.
