EA PLAY PRO REWARS

So i havent got my EA play pro rewards and its been like 14days now..... 5 diffrent agents or what they are called have been taking this case and everytime they say they will check on it and then they just dipp out saying non. CAN I GET SOME ANSWERS!!!!!!!
