Account Hacked - 4 Million Coins Missing & Case Stuck in Transfer Loop

Hello,

My account was recently compromised, and the hacker stole 4 million coins. I received an alert asking if I had signed in from Germany, Frankfurt, which was not me.

I have already secured my account, but my support ticket is completely stuck. It keeps getting transferred multiple times a day, and I am trapped in a support loophole where I cannot get a real response.

Could a Community Manager please look into this and manually escalate my ticket to the proper team?

    Glad to hear that you were able to secure the account! Just to confirm, were you able to get in touch with an advisor during this process?  

    This might not be the response you were hoping for, but I'm afraid we aren't able to escalate or support account-related requests here on the forums.
