hello! I completed the season and unlocked all the rewards for season 1, and I bought the premium pass for 500,000 in‑game coins. The coins were deducted, but I still haven’t received any premium pass reward for season 1. For 10 days, the support team kept dragging things out and wrote that some team was reviewing my case. I still haven’t received any help, and I haven’t gotten the rewards. Please help me figure this out and get the rewards I paid for.

Барри , как так то не можете помочь . Я уже 10 дней жду ответа по решению этой проблемы . Оставлял кучу заявок по этой теме в службе поддержки . В итоге мне дали этот чат , потому что они не занимаются предыдущим пропуском . Только 2 сезоном . Что мне делать то ? Монеты списали , награды не дали и никто не может помочь. Это че за подход к своим клиентам это что за мошенники ?!
