Season pass UI Glitch

After completing a few objectives i am unable to see options for rewards in season pass, this led me to pick the wrong option in OTW Lee Kang In instead of the 82x7 pack. This is extremely frustrating as this wasn’t my fault at all and it was a UI glitch that led to the decision. Is there anyway of reversing this decision or receiving compensation for this?
