synchronization error

Hello EA Support,

When I started EA SPORTS FC 27, I repeatedly encountered a synchronization error. I then selected ‘Use Offline’. When I opened Ultimate Team afterwards, I discovered that a large part of my players and approximately 30,000 coins had disappeared.

The disappeared players are still in my FUT Gallery. On my Xbox and in the Web App I see the same problem.

I did not do this intentionally and would like my club details to be investigated. Is it possible to get my missing players and coins back?
