Transfer ban for the entire of ea fc27

I got banned from using the transfer market for the entire game they said for "balance transfer".

I appeal 3 times got an AI generated response saying its rejected for cheating but nothing to actually say how I cheated, when I cheated, what I did wrong or a justification for an entire ban.

I move my points over from fc 26...400 of them paid for in the xbox store after the game promted me to do so. I have purchased players on the market for the gallery and sold them on just like millions of players. Some for profit some at a tax loss.

This is the only market actions I have done. I lost 5000 coins on one player.

Is there any way to actually get a talking response so I can discuss this with EA or do I just have to accept this and face losing £80 as there's no point playing the game if its not the full game.

Any EA community manager br helpful don't tell em the forum isn't a place to resolve bans with your own AI generated reply.

Have EA just scammed me 2 weeks into the game release?!

Anyone have a direct email to complain? As the appeal is 1000 characters max pointlessly.
