Transfer market

I don't know why I can't access the transfer market

When i open the transfer market, the game says " you've reached your limit on bid/buy actions. Please come back in 24h for full access to the transfer market

Does anyone have any information?

There is a limit on bid/buy actions within a specific time period, if you exceed this limit, you need to wait some time for the 'cooldown' to expire. Once it does, you should be good to go. Thank you. EA_Barry.
