Now, back to the issue — have you tried what EA_Pulsar suggested? Both of your posts are pretty vague about what steps you've actually taken. I’d also recommend clearing the game cache before fully logging out, just before the daily reset. Make sure your account is linked to Facebook, email, or another login method.
Did all the above, still haven't moved from 7/20
