Whin i play match the game tell me the match dis connect from my network bug and the points go to opinion and i got lose can you fix this issue

Could you let me if you play on an Android or an Apple device? That way I can share a few troubleshooting tips that will hopefully solve the problem.
I'm also getting same problem , using a android phone vivo v50 12gb ram , the game gets crashed or lagged mostly given my phone specs should handle this game at high or ultra but due to poor optimization of this game I am playing in low or medium mostly
