Re: Error 10000 - Unable to join or rejoin a league

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing UNKNOWN ERROR [10000] in FC Mobile.

This problem started after I left a League and tried to join another one.

I already tried:

  • Reinstalling the game
  • Restarting my device
  • Switching networks
  • Logging in again

 

But the issue still persists.

It seems my account is stuck due to a League status error.

Please reset my League status or fix my account on the server so I can log in normally again.

Here is my information:

 

  • User ID: Haha
  • Platform: Mobile ios

    Yes this keeps happening to me. And Yes I have changed leagues multiple times in a short period and now I regret it. Can you tell me what to do.

    Hey there, can you let us know if you’ve switched leagues recently? This kind of issue often appears when players change leagues multiple times in a short period, or when they try to join a league that’s already full.
