Hello EA Support,
I am experiencing UNKNOWN ERROR [10000] in FC Mobile.
This problem started after I left a League and tried to join another one.
I already tried:
- Reinstalling the game
- Restarting my device
- Switching networks
- Logging in again
But the issue still persists.
It seems my account is stuck due to a League status error.
Please reset my League status or fix my account on the server so I can log in normally again.
Here is my information:
- User ID: Haha
- Platform: Mobile ios

3 months agoHey there, can you let us know if you’ve switched leagues recently? This kind of issue often appears when players change leagues multiple times in a short period, or when they try to join a league that’s already full.
