“Scouting Camp Penalty Shootout Glitch – Request for Compensation"

Hello EA Team,

While playing Scouting Camp, my match ended 2–2 and went to penalties. After my opponent missed, the game glitched — Buffon started walking and Lamine Yamal went inside the goal. The penalty shootout was completely ruined.

I am attaching screenshots and videos as proof. Kindly review this issue and provide compensation for the lost gameplay/rewards.
