• Issue Type: ❌ Missing Player after Exchange
• Details of the Issue: I exchanged 1500 Shots during the Anniversary event to claim Ronaldinho (LW card). The exchange was successful, but Ronaldinho did not appear in my player list or club. I have checked my squad, unclaimed items, and transfer list, but he is missing.
• What I request: Please investigate this issue. I kindly request either:
  • The Ronaldinho card to be added to my account, or
  • A refund of my 1500 Shots so I can retry the exchange.

 

I play this game more than 3 hours daily, I did not expect in this game
