Could you share a bit more detail about what you mean by being unable to successfully purchase? For example, are you seeing any error message?

Hi, it’s been a while since I last heard back from you. Just wanted to check whether the issue has been resolved on your side.
I am able to purchase Hakimi 109, but I've waited almost 4 weeks for my payment offer to be accepted.
There is no error message everything is fine.
It's just that offer I make is always never accepted in order to purchase.
I have been trying for quite some time now.
Like I've said the longest I've waited is 4 weeks.
