“Inventory Full (1200/1200)” even though I have ZERO players.

Hello.
My FC Mobile account has an inventory bug.
It shows “Inventory Full (1200/1200)” even though I have ZERO players.
Because of this, I also cannot open packs in the Store — nothing opens.
I have waited over 24 hours and restarted the game.
Please manually fix or reset my inventory.
