Dear EA FC Mobile Support Team,
I am experiencing a frustrating control issue in FC Mobile on my iPhone 17 Pro Max.
When playing Head-to-Head (H2H), if I hold the Sprint & Skill button on the right side of the screen and swipe to perform a specific skill move, my player frequently performs Roulette instead of the skill I intended.
Details of the issue:
- Device: iPhone 17 Pro Max
- Game mode: Head-to-Head (H2H)
- Control layout: Right-side Sprint & Skill button
- Issue: Roulette triggers instead of the assigned skill move when I swipe while sprinting.
- Frequency: It happens most of the time, although occasionally the correct skill works.
Troubleshooting already performed:
- The skill moves work correctly in Training mode.
- When I release Sprint and then swipe, the correct skill move works.
- The issue occurs primarily in H2H when I try to perform a skill move while sprinting.
This suggests there may be an issue with swipe registration or the interaction between sprinting and skill-move controls in H2H.
Please investigate this issue and let me know if there is a known bug or a recommended fix. I would appreciate a resolution because skill moves are essential to my competitive H2H gameplay.
