117 Nyland's abrupt removal ruined my team
As the title said, this decision made my team so much worse. Not only has it ruined my plan to get 122 Mbappe, but it means that my used resources were wasted. These include:
+ 14 draft vouchers and 35 thousand gems intended for upcoming events.
+ Tens of thousands of shards.
+ Many crucial players: 117 Gullit, 117 Cannavaro, 118 Perisic, 119 George Best, 119 Makelele, 119 Mbappe (Purchased with shards)
+ 12,600 rank-up points to fully rank up, and hundreds of drafts to obtain the above-mentioned items
+ Alongside multiple 117-rated players exchanged for shards to buy 120-rated Bruno Fernandes and 12 Nylands
Also, my balance is now at 17,000 shards, after buying 120 Bruno for 40,000 shards. Sharding him would only refund 10,000 out of 40,000 back, and it doesn’t compensate for the items used. I cannot use this card either because I already have a 119-rated version of the same player. For now, I have to use a 116Jairzinho and play without any substitutions except 116 Pele.
I hope that timely compensation for an abrupt decision deliberately aimed at affecting players’ progress can be provided. What frustrates me is that such action was done on short notice. Never have I seen a player be removed from star signings hours into the weekly reset, especially if he had been so well known among the community for his price and remained in game for weeks. These did not indicate any upcoming deletion.
I sent this to ea customer support multiple times, but every time i just get a “he was removed for his price we are sorry hope it clarifies” despite saying I was already aware. Its like talking to a bot or someone who did not even read my reports.
