119 ovr ronaldo missing .

After collecting 29000 shards , I purchased tots ronaldo of 119 ovr from signing but due to some glitch all shards were invested but card of 119 ovr ronaldo was missing .Hope I get it back

please do check it properly and if you still can't find it then start a case of missing players/rewards by contacting customer support in the Settings. However, It can take time and you need to be patient.
