Game Freezes for 3 Seconds After Scoring Goals in VS Attack and Division Rivals

I’m experiencing an issue in FC Mobile. Every time I score a goal, the game freezes and the screen becomes unresponsive for around 3 seconds before recovering. This issue also occurs in VS Attack mode. I have tested the account on a different device with a friend, and the same problem occurs. However, when I log into a different FC Mobile account on the same device, the issue does not happen. This makes me believe the problem is related to my account rather than my device or network connection. Could you please help investigate this issue?

    Same prroblem with me here!! It's definitely account related.

    However, league vs league vsa is fine. Only vsa/H2H in division rivals.

    Thanks for reporting this. To help us investigate further, could you please send me a direct message with your User ID region and, if possible, a video recording of the issue occurring? Since you've already tested the account on another device and confirmed the problem follows the account rather than the device, those details will help us look into it more effectively.

    Same for me, very annoying and always loss VS Attack due to this issue. My UID is 

    (removed). Anything you can help?

    Thanks! I removed your User ID from the post for your safety and forwarded it to the team. Could you also let me know if the same issue occurs on both Wi-Fi and a mobile data connection? It would be helpful to know if the connection type makes any difference.

    Same on both WiFi or mobile. After I report the problem on 23/6, the freeze doesn’t happen on 24/6. However, it start again on 25/6 and everyday until now, very annoying 😕

    Any resolution? I still suffer and considering to quit the game if this cannot be resolved.

    No news from my side yet. Just wondering— have you had a chance to test it on a different network/different ISP to see if the issue persists?

    5/7 and 6/7 suddenly have no issue. However, issue happen again since 7/7 and also today. I’ve tried using 5G mobile and WiFi, iPad, Samsung Tablet, iPhone, all with the same issue. No matter at home or office with different network. Frankly, H2H also sometimes will hang for several seconds after goals or offside, but the impact is less. VSA is fatal for those ~5 seconds hang after almost every goals
