120 Lampard Playstyle

I purchased Frank Lampards 120 OVR Champions card with Bullet Pass playstyle several days ago. Not once in over 20 H2H matches has his playstyle activated. What is going on? I have other bullet passers that work, and my other playstyles activate, but never his in games.
