120 ovr lampard rank up issue

Does anyone else have an issue with rank up for lampard being incorrect?

secondary positions should be green, skill points are not showing correctly, stats look wrong and he is fully ranked up.  And i don’t believe his playstyle is activating either. Everything is off about this player!
