3 days, No solution for loading screen?

EA, why are you guys not give any info about this problem? Will there be any solution or not? Other player are opening pack. Getting ahead of us. And people like us can't even play the games for 3 days. Even if it is solved, you guys will give everyone compensate reward. Give us clear info about this.
