Fixed Bug Stuck Loading & Request Compensation

After 3 days of reporting a loading bug that caused me to miss the anniversary event, I was finally able to log into the game today. I have lost my 345days+ daily login streak, Can't find opportunity to use my gems in store pack. I have given the proof below. I would like to request compensation for players who were affected by this bug.
