3k untradable gems pack bug

Subject: Possible Bug or Trick in 3k Gems Packs Leading to High-Rated Cards

Hi EA FC Mobile Team,

I hope you're doing well. I wanted to raise a concern about a pattern my friend seems to have noticed when opening the 3k gems packs. Every time he opens one, he consistently gets 103 or 104-rated cards. He often flexes this in the community and on Discord, which has caused frustration among other players, including myself.

This makes me wonder: is there some sort of trick, timing, or bug that guarantees high-rated cards from these packs? If there is, could you please share the details so everyone can have a fair chance? Alternatively, if it’s an exploit or unintended behavior, I’d kindly request that you address or nerf it to ensure fairness across the player base.

Many players, myself included, feel disadvantaged since we usually end up with lower-rated cards despite spending the same amount of gems everyday. It doesn’t seem fair, and addressing this would go a long way in maintaining balance in the game.
