60 FPS / High Frame Rate locked on Redmi Note 15 (Helio G100-Ultra)

Issue Description: > I am unable to select the "High Frame Rate" (60 FPS) setting in the graphics menu. It shows a "Not supported by device" message. My device hardware (Helio G100-Ultra) is more than capable of running the game at 60 FPS, but it seems this specific new model is not yet whitelisted/supported in the current build.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open FC Mobile on Redmi Note 15.
- Go to Settings -> Graphics.
- Try to enable "High Frame Rate".
- Message appears: "Not supported by device."
Please add support for the Redmi Note 15 and its chipset in the next compatibility update.
