Severe Gameplay Latency and Rank Loss Issues

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the unplayable state of Head-to-Head (H2H) matches. Despite having a high-speed and stable Wi-Fi connection, I am constantly plagued by "No Network Connection" errors and extreme lag spikes.
This is not a local connectivity issue on my end; it is a clear failure in server synchronization. Due to these persistent technical glitches, I have lost a significant number of stars and plummeted in rank, which is completely unfair given that these losses were beyond my control.
I invest a lot of time and effort into this game, and experiencing such poor performance is unacceptable. I expect a thorough investigation into my account connectivity and compensation for the stars lost due to these server instabilities.
