Can't start new match cause last match not finished properly

Hi I was Playing scouting camp, game disconnected and it never ends I can't start new match, it's like this for more than 30 minutes, I was winning too, if it stays like this I lose my ticket and 200rank up points, my win rate for this cup is 100% just letting u know that I can win it easily, if it can't be fixed for today pls send me a gift or something.
