بتوجه ليكم بشكوى رسمية عن *خطأ تقني وثغرة* حصلت قبل الريفريش الأخير.
بعض اللاعبين استغلوا الثغرة وعملوا مقايضات كانت مستحيلة تتعمل بشكل طبيعي، واشتروا أقوى اللاعبين بأسعار رخيصة جداً زي:
- كيليان مبابي 122
- ليونيل ميسي 121
- جود بيلينغهام 121
- رودري 122
- مارك كوكوريا 122
المقايضات دي كانت المفروض تتقفل ومستحيلة إلا للي بيشحنوا مبالغ كبيرة.
النتيجة إن في لاعبين استفادوا وبقوا معاهم أقوى تشكيلات، وفي لاعبين زينا متضررين وملحقناش نستفيد.
*مطلبي:*
1. *المساواة*: إما تسحب اللاعبين اللي اتاخدوا بالثغرة من الكل
2. *أو التعويض*: تعويض عادل لكل اللاعبين اللي متضرروش من الخطأ ده عشان يقدروا ينافسوا
ده خطأ من عندكم و أثر على عدالة اللعبة والمنافسة. أرجو التحقيق في الموضوع واتخاذ إجراء سريع.

I am submitting an official complaint regarding a *technical error and glitch* that occurred before the last refresh.
Some players exploited the glitch and completed exchanges that were supposed to be impossible, and bought the strongest players for very cheap prices, such as:
- Kylian Mbappe 122
- Lionel Messi 121
- Jude Bellingham 121
- Rodri 122
- marc cucurella 122
These exchanges were impossible to do normally and were only available to players who spend a lot of money.
As a result, some players benefited and now have the strongest squads, while players like me were harmed and didn't get the chance.
*My Request:*
1. *Equality*: Either remove the players that were obtained through the glitch from everyone
2. *Or Compensation*: Fair compensation for all players who were affected by this error so we can compete fairly.
This was a mistake on your side and it affected the fairness and competition of the game. I kindly request a quick investigation and action on this matter.
