Subject: Visual Bug After Update Caused My Kroos Player to Turn Into an Overtime Token
Hello FC Mobile Support Team,
After the latest game update, I encountered a visual bug that caused an issue with my squad.
Because of this bug, my Kroos player was unintentionally converted into an Overtime Token.
This happened due to the in-game visual glitch — I didn’t perform any manual action that would cause it.
I kindly request your assistance in reviewing this issue and restoring my player.
