My player VIEIRA (OVR 113) has disappeared from my club without any reason. He was on my bench, and I am completely sure that I didn’t delete or exchange him. Could you please check my account and help me recover the missing player?
If this issue is caused by a bug, please fix it to prevent it from happening again.

Hello FC Mobile Support Team,
After the latest game update, I encountered a visual bug that caused an issue with my squad.
Because of this bug, my thuram player was unintentionally converted into an Overtime Token.
This happened due to the in-game visual glitch — I didn’t perform any manual action that would cause it.
I kindly request your assistance in reviewing this issue and restoring my player.
