Account banned but no penalty history shown
I was playing fc mobile on last saturday then it suddenly showed banned for 168 hours .So I went to penalty history but it showed no penalty . Does anyone have a solution for this

Sorry to hear that you've been banned.
Some in-game bans won't display in your Penalty history as it's game specific, not EA account related.
If you think that you didn't do anything, you can dispute this sanction following this link: Get information on EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions
This is not something we can investigate on the forums.
