Account linking

Hello EA Support,

 

I need help with missing linking rewards and FC Mobile code redemption.

 

I played FC Mobile last year using my EA Account linked to my Gmail. I later deleted my old FC Mobile account and recently started a new one.

 

My current FC Mobile account now shows that it is linked to both Google Play and my EA Account. However, I have not received the linking rewards, and I am also experiencing problems redeeming a code.

 

Could you please check whether my EA Account is still marked as having claimed the linking rewards on my previous account and whether my current account is eligible for them? I would also appreciate help identifying why my code redemption is failing.

 

I can provide my current FC Mobile UID and screenshots of the linked accounts and error messages.

    Hi there! This could be an account-specific issue, and since we can't review your profile here on the public forums, your best bet is to reach out to our support team in-game so they can double-check everything for you.

    If you use multiple accounts and emails, please make sure that you are using the exact same email address on the website as the one logged into your game.
