Account recovery

Hi, I need help recovering my old EA SPORTS FC Mobile account.

My old team name/username is B_F_C. The account was OVR 113, Level 33. I have been unable to access it for around 250+ days.

The important thing is that the B_F_C profile is still visible and searchable from another FC Mobile account, and it is still listed in my old club. However, when I try the Google Play accounts and Facebook account I currently have access to, they open different FC Mobile teams (RVG/GRV), not B_F_C.

I don't remember which login/EA Account was originally linked to B_F_C because it has been a long time. I also don't have the old FC Mobile User ID.

Could you please help me identify and recover my B_F_C account? I can provide screenshots showing the B_F_C profile, OVR 113, Level 33, and club membership as proof of ownership.

    Hey x263obck21n8​,

    I'm afraid we are not able to look up or change any accounts on the forums. For this type of situation if you aren't able to restore the account with these steps, you would need to get in touch with the support team directly. 

    With that said however, I do see you mentioned not knowing the User ID. This is the one thing our team must have to be able to locate an account, so if you do have any other old screenshots or details it would be worth checking back through to see if that information's visible anywhere.
