Account Suspended After Using Emulator – Request for Review
Hello EA Support Team,
My account was temporarily suspended after I logged into FC Mobile. I would like to explain my situation and kindly ask for a review of this suspension.
My phone was broken for a period of time, so I used an emulator (BlueStacks) only because I had no access to my phone and I did not want to lose my progress. As soon as my phone was repaired, I immediately returned to playing only on my mobile device. I never intended to break the rules or gain any unfair advantage.
I fully respect EA’s rules and I sincerely apologize if my actions caused any violation without my knowledge. I kindly ask you to review my case and lift the suspension if possible. I truly enjoy this game and I promise to follow all the rules strictly in the future.

Hi there. We're not able to help with account bans over the EA Forums. You'll need to submit a dispute with ToS to have the ban reviewed. There are instructions for that in the article here. Thanks!
