My FC Mobile account has been suspended for 2018 hours (error code 0x00102710).
I used an unofficial link and downloaded a third-party app, but I have since deleted the app. I would like to request a review of my account suspension.
Please let me know the reason for the suspension and whether it can be reconsidered.
