I cant claim the compensation rewards

Hey there! Just to double-check, are you looking in your actual in-game Inbox section where rewards are delivered, or are you checking the Announcements tab where the update info is displayed? Can you share a screenshot of what you see? 

The same thing is happening to me the button is grayed out

I never got my compensation rewards at all

Is it the 3rd anniversary milestone fix and celebration rewards 

There are no issues with these compensation rewards. What you're seeing in the notifications section is just an announcement message. If the icon is grayed out for you, it means the actual rewards were already successfully claimed and collected from your main Inbox.
