Account suspended or banned for some hours

My EA SPORTS FC Mobile account was suspended or temporarily banned for some hours , and I received the error code (0x00102710). I believe this suspension was a mistake because I was playing normally and i dont find myself guilty of any thing Please review my account and confirm if there is any issue.
