Account suspension report
Hello EA Support Team,
My FC Mobile account has been suspended. I believe this suspension may have happened by mistake. I always play the game fairly and I have never used any hacks, cheats, or illegal tools.
I respect EA’s rules and I enjoy playing FC Mobile regularly. If there was any unusual activity detected, it may have been caused by network/VPN or automatic login issues.
I kindly request you to please check my account again and remove the suspension.
I’d be very grateful if you review my account and allow me to continue playing normally, because that game is my everything whenever I come back from work the game always makes me smile.
It's showing "Your account has been banned for an hour." No specific time or days are mentioned. . I cannot log in to my account because of the suspension. I don't understand if it's a ban or a suspended penalty.EA technical team, Just check my account; I don't have any penalty in penalty history. I want to know, how can I remove the suspension from my account? totally unacceptable without any warning how EA can ban older user accounts from playing FC Mobile since I have not been doing any violence or any harassment. to the other user, please help to get my account .
I started playing this game in 2017 and still going but this inconvenience has hurt me a lot.

If you're seeing that message, it means your account has a ban or suspension in place. If you feel there's been some sort of mix-up and you never broke the rules, you can appeal the ban, and our Terms of Service team will investigate things for you.
Use these steps to send in your ban appeal:
If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.

- Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
- Select Submit.
- Then select Email us.
