Account Tracking Completely Frozen During Champions Event Major Bug Report

   I am posting this because your customer service is completely useless and your tracking system stole my time and money during the champions event i grinded my way to eleven thousand tokens and then the game completely froze my progress i answered tons of trivia questions and got nothing added then i literally paid for the four hundred and eighty extra offers pack and my balance still did not move a single digit nothing added up at all and now the event is over and i am left completely short changed because of a game breaking glitch you guys refuse to acknowledge or fix i want a community manager to escalate this immediately and manually audit my account because wasting hours of my life on a broken system while your support team ignores me is an absolute joke.
