I dont get the item

Hello, I purchased FC Mobile offers through Google Play using QRIS. My payment was successful, but I have not received my items. The game shows "The last transaction is still being processed." My Google Play transaction ID is GPA.3375-6029-5062-82776. Please help complete my purchase or deliver the missing items. Thank you.
